5. Refund Policy

5.1 General Provisions

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved credits are processed by the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

5.2 Services

If you purchase a service package, you may request a transfer to an alternative package or a change of schedule at least 7 days before the agreed start date. If we cannot accommodate your request, you may receive a partial credit prorated to the unused portion. No credits are available for services that have commenced with your consent or for which deliverables have been issued.

5.3 Info Products

Digital materials carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Should you not be satisfied, you may request a full credit within 30 days of the original purchase. No credits are granted after this period.

5.4 Goods

Physical products may be sent back within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused and unchanged. Shipping costs for sending items back are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective. Exchanges or store credit may be offered in lieu of a credit.

6. Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain services, such as confirmed one-to-one counsel sessions, are non-refundable due to the reserved time commitment and preparatory work involved. This policy is communicated at the time of booking.
